We have had a number of attempted bookings by people who have found us via the Internet. Unfortunately, there are quite a few “Suttons” dotted around the country!

So, to avoid any confusion, we are based in Sutton-cum-Lound, Retford, North Nottinghamshire. Thank you.

We have now also implemented a mobile-based booking service for the Village Hall. For all bookings and enquiries please call 07092 985 831, or use the booking form below.

Please do the following:

1. Check the availability of the hall
2. Review our Hire Charges
3. Complete the Booking Enquiry Form below

Once you have contacted us and confirmed the details, we will send you a Hire Agreement to be completed and returned with your payment.

This MUST be done not less than five days prior to your event date or we may not be able to guarantee your booking.

If this is the first time you have used our hall, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking.
