For any general enquiries, or to arrange a visit prior to booking the hall, please use our general contact form.

Please note the following booking conditions: –

• The Village Hall may only be hired by persons over the age of 21.
• No fireworks may be let off anywhere on the hall grounds.
• The hall is a non-smoking/non-vaping venue.
• Only alcohol purchased on the premises can be consumed on the premises.
• No bouncy castles or bubble machines are permitted inside the hall.
• All waste generated during the hire MUST be taken away by the hirer at the end of the event.

If you intend to use an external bouncy castle or other form of play inflatable you MUST inform us at the time of booking.

To make a booking enquiry please do the following:

1. Check the availability of the hall
2. Review our Hire Charges
3. Complete the Booking Enquiry Form below

The hall must be booked for a minimum of 2 hours.

Once we receive your Booking Enquiry, a Hire Agreement will be sent to you.  If all the details are correct and acceptable, please complete the form and return it by post or email with your deposit.

This MUST be done within five days for us to be able to guarantee your booking.

The balance of your hire charge must be paid 7 days prior to the event, at which time you will be given a unique code to operate our external keybox.

If this is the first time you have used our hall, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking.

Please note that the bar service is provided at an additional cost of £25.00 for a 4 hour bar. If you require a bar for longer than 4 hours this will be charged at an additional £10.00 per hour.

Bar service is not available for Children’s Parties.

Only alcohol purchased on the premises can be consumed on the premises.
