Don’t forget that you may need to allow time for setting up your event, and for cleaning up afterwards. We normally insist that a minimum of 15 minutes set-up, and 15 minutes clear-up, are added to the hire time for this.

Once you’ve found a suitable date and time please contact us to confirm the details.

If you wish to visit the hall prior to booking that can be arranged.

Once you have contacted us and confirmed the details, we will send you a Hire Agreement to be completed and returned with your payment.

This MUST be done not less than five days prior to your event date or we may not be able to guarantee your booking.

If this is the first time you have used our hall, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking.
