Join us in the village hall on Tuesday 20 January 2026 at 6.30pm for an informative talk on recycling from Lesley Taylor, Education and Outreach Officer for Veolia.
This presentation will explain what happens to household recycling waste in the Notts CC area and provide clear guidance on which items can and cannot be placed in recycling bins. The session will last approximately 45 minutes and will include a short quiz and a couple of brief videos.
The talk is particularly timely, as changes to recycling in England come into effect in March and residents will soon receive new bins for glass recycling. Lesley will be on hand to answer any questions throughout the session.
Attendees are welcome to bring along items they are unsure about to check whether they are recyclable. Lesley will also provide her own examples to discuss with the group. The event will conclude with a quiz and may include some free giveaways.
